If you no longer want a roleplay session in your history, you can delete it directly from the session details page. Deleting a session removes its score, transcript, and recording.
Important Notes:
  • Impacts your history. The session will no longer appear in your practice history, and its feedback will not be available.
  • Retry instead of delete. If you simply want another attempt, you don’t need to delete, use the Retry button to start again.

Steps to Delete a Session

1

Best Practices:
  • Only delete when necessary. For example, if a session was interrupted, misrecorded, or test-only.
  • Communicate if in a program. If your roleplay is tied to a program assignment, check with your facilitator before deleting, since it may impact reporting.
  • Keep valuable records. If the session included useful feedback, download the transcript or recording before deleting.
